In the continuing saga of Migron, The Supreme Court handed down its response to the government's decision to allow Migron to remain in place while a permanent site is built close by.
Taking into account the agreement between The Yesha Council and the government, the court gave Peace Now and the organization's Arab partners until the first half of November to submit documents for the next hearing on the matter.
Given that, as Talia Sasson accurately analyzed the situation in the weekend papers, the government's position virtually creates two legal settlements, there is speculation that Peace Now will drop its case rather than risk that solution.
